Sometimes there might be a build-up of soot on the wick that is required to be removed before lighting your candle. Ensure that the wick is clear of that, straight and re-light it.
Switch off your candle immediately and trim your wick. The ideal size is 1/4thof an inch. Use a pair of wick trimmers, scissors (or even nail clippers) to keep the wicks trim and perfect for your daily burns.
We have compiled a few Candle Care tips that will inform you how to care for your candles and get the most out of our product. Although two quick tips to ensure your candles burn well are, allowing the candle to be lit for a minimum of two hours at every burn and ensuring the wicks are straight and soot-free.
Whilst developing our scents, we consistently tested to improve the quality of the formula and ensure that each scent had its own unique strengths and subtleties. Based in Bangalore, India all our candles are produced with the utmost care and hand-poured in small batches in our studio. Our candles are made with careful consideration right from our choice of vegan waxes, use of essential oils and phthalate-free identical oils to our mouth-blown glass jars.

Ensure you write to us at hello@worldofeira.in with the order reference number and the changes required as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the changes. Kindly note, orders once shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.
Shipping and returns
All orders once placed will be fulfilled within 7-10 days and shipped directly to the address as per the details provided on checkout.
We currently ship only within India.
We do not entertain returns unless the merchandise received is damaged. If so, reach out to us at hello@worldofeira.in and we will look into the issue for you.
