Shipping & Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2 working days unless an order processing delay has been noted on the website.
  • Orders once shipped usually take around 2-5 business days to be delivered. A tracking number will be provided with your shipment confirmation email.
  • To ensure timely deliveries, please provide the complete shipping address including zip code and a contact number.

    Kindly note that weekends and public holidays are not considered as business days

  • Shipping charges will vary based on the size and weight of the package. We offer free delivery for customers who have placed orders over a value of INR 2,500.
  • In case you need to make a change to your order, kindly inform us as soon as possible by writing to us at hello@worldofeira.in
  • Orders once shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • Orders placed during sale events, cannot be cancelled or changed.

Returns

  • In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or broken, our carriers & shippers require photo documentation for reimbursement & quality control. Please click a photo and e-mail the image to hello@worldofeira.in with your name, order reference number and a brief message, and we will look into this matter immediately.
  • We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. We know how hard it can be to purchase candles online. You may return or exchange candles as long as they aren't burned. If you want to exchange the candle you bought for a different scent, contact us before you send the candle back. Write to us at hello@worldofeira.in with the order details and we will walk you through the process.
  • Kindly bear in mind all return and exchange postage charges will be borne by you and should the return item come back damaged, the cost will be borne by you at full MRP.
